At PureShine Cleaning Co., we take pride in delivering premium cleaning services tailored to your needs.

Service Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking without penalty.

Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
